I have a BA and MA in English Literature from the University of Wales, Cardiff and am studying for a PhD in Creative Writing at Aberystwyth University.
I was the Sub-Editor for CARVE surfing magazine and the Assistant Editor of SurfGirl magazine. I have written many articles for both magazines, a textbook for high school students, a guide to surfing for Need2Know books, and have contributed to many other publications.
Specialist areas
Surfing (especially women's surfing issues), yoga (particularly Iyengar), the environment, dogs, natural health and beauty, literature and technology (especially Apple Mac).
