Julie Eagleton is an established writer who covers the arts, health & beauty, fashion, lifestyle and travel. Her writing has taken her from the film festivals of Cannes to Sundance, enabled her to travel the globe from Brighton to Belize and review theatre from Chekhov to Kabuki. A graduate of Liverpool University, Julie spent time in the media, PR and corporate industries. She worked as a PR Manager for Coutts bank before embarking on a full-time freelance writing career. Julie has written for Elle, Vogue, Harpers, The Times, Conde Nast Traveller, Nuvo, Coutts Woman, The Telegraph and The Independent.
For six years she had her own column, Eagleton's Angle, in renowned theatre magazine Plays & Players, where she interviewed leading performers from the stage and screen.
Julie is a regular contributor to the Harpers Bazaar luxury spa guides and covers lifestyle and travel for The Independent, The Telegraph and The Times. Her work has also appeared in Coutts Woman, Conde Nast Traveller, Departures, Elle, Food and Travel, High Life, Nuvo, People, Ski and Board and Vogue magazine. Throughout her diverse career, she has interviewed many eminent figures.
Julie is based in London, but has also lived and worked in Los Angeles, California, where she covered entertainment.
