Specialist areas
I specialise in writing about travel, in particular short trips, European travel, citybreaks, boutique hotels, stylish getaways, and romantic breaks. I also cover consumer travel issues, travel offers and deals, as well as online travel, and travel trends. I am also an Egypt expert, I have travelled to Egypt numerous times for extended periods, have family in the country and have recently travelled to Sharm El Sheikh despite the ban to see how the destination is faring.
