Originally from Northern Ireland and now lives in London, is a great advocate of Great British and Northern Irish food.
After studying for an MA in Home Economics, James moved to London. James worked in food manufacturing in his graduate job, then moved to the Le Cordon Bleu Cookery Schools writing cookery books and student programmes for 22 cookery schools across the globe before moving to the Good Housekeeping Institute. James went freelance in 2004 and has travelled the globe ever since. He holds many titles including:
