I am a freelance journalist with over three years of experience in a wide variety of sectors. After graduating from City University London with an MA in International Journalism (and a BA from King's College London in War Studies) I freelanced for a variety of publications including ITV Sport. I then accepted a full-time position at the publication, Food Manufacture where I worked for two years before resuming my freelance career.
Specialist areas
I'm interested in commissions for all sports. I have previously written about a wide variety of sports for publications including the ITV Sport Guide to the World Cup 2010 and Asian Global Impact Magazine. In particular, I'd be interested in NFL (American football), rugby, football (both domestic and international), the Olympics, cricket, tennis, golf and Formula One (F1). For travel I have experience in writing about tourism in South East Asia, Europe and the Americas - This includes countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka in South East Asia and most of Europe and North America. I have also spent two years covering the UK food manufacturing sector and am knowledgeable about the consumer and industrial sides of the industry.
