I have chaired and presented at airline conferences around the world and am considered an authority on in-flight experience, onboard product and airline branding.
I chaired the inaugural Aircraft Interiors EXPO conferences in Cannes in 2000 and presented at that and subsequent Aircraft Interiors EXPOs in Cannes and Hamburg, My other conference presentations on aircraft interior design, inflight communication and onboard technology include:

I recently moderated the "Vision 2020 – Onboard Service – Where We Are Now" session at Ink’s ARC2014 Airline Retail Conference in London, where the session focused on inflight connectivity, onboard WiFi, user interface – and how these elements facilitate ancillary revenue streams for airlines.
