After graduating from Durham University in 2006 with a degree in French, I moved to Paris where I worked first as a translator/coordinator and then as editor of women's interest site SoFeminine.co.uk, part of the AuFeminin Group. I have been freelance since 2009 and now live in the Peak District.
Specialist areas
Travel, lifestyle and France. I have written on a wide range of subjects for SoFeminine.co.uk, including fashion, beauty, food and drink, relationships, health and fitness; and interviewed celebrities including Gordon Ramsay and Sir Paul Smith. Since turning freelance I have edited two guidebooks to the south of France and written travel articles for print and online media. I currently work as a copywriter and translator, but also welcome freelance commissions.
