With over 20 years experience working for clients across a wide range of industries, both within the business-to-business and consumer facing market sectors, I have proven I am versatile, innovative and dependable, which ensures I can deliver the very best results every time.
I honed my skills at Fired Earth Interiors as their in-house PR. The opportunity to move to Devon came along under the Fired Earth umbrella, where I took on the Interior Designer role for their entire South West region. For a couple of years I acted as the in-house PR for The Stovax Group, the largest private employer within the South West, with responsiblity for eleven varied interiors brands including Stovax, Gazco, Redfyre Cookers, Godin, Original Style, The Winchester Tile Company. Now freelance with work for a variety of clients uner my belt, including Ideal Standard and Baumatic to name just two.
I started writing whilst at Fired Earth and have built up a good portfolio of not only editorial features, but also examples of copywriting (brochures, press releases, copy calls, etc) and have also supplied 'expert' quotes and copy for many consumer and trade publications on behalf of clients.
Now freelance, I am able to embrace the written word for both consumer and B2B publications. I use my experiences of renovating a barn in Normandy in France to great use with articles on not only the processes of the renovation (still in progress!) but also life and travel within France.

Homes & Interiors - general feature articles as well as in-depth pieces within tiles, bathrooms (including installation), heating, cookers. General interest articles on France, Italy and Spain. Also press release and copywriting (whether for websites, brochures, newsletters or other uses). I have experience in a wide variety of interiors based products and companies: tiles, cookers, stoves; with the added benefit of promoting the ecological angle of specific products and/or technologies (such as pellet stoves), whether consumer or business-2-business. My interests and experience spans from textiles to alternative medicine for animals, interiors to architecture!
