Hi there, I've had a broad background. First trained as a pilot in the RAF then worked as a ski instructor, built up flying hours for an airline pilots licence and then started working as a journalist. I've written and taken photos for MCN, LOOP, Pilot, Go Flying, Today's Pilot, Readers Digest, Mens Running, Auto Trader, Bike Trader, Van Trader, Farmers Trader, Plant Trader and Truck Trader and Adventure 52. I have a private pilots licence, am summer mountain leader trained and have a degree in Aeronautics & Astronautics. Can turn my hand to pretty much anything.
