Hi, I’m a freelance journalist based in Bristol, UK. My specialist areas include sustainability, the environment, development, travel and NGOs.
I’ve spent 2013 working as an embedded journalist with NGOs: Fauna Forever in the Peruvian Amazon, Azafady in Madagascar and Shallow Waters in Cambodia. I’ve been helping deliver their project work in the field, while researching and writing on global sustainable development and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
Throughout my 13 year career, I’ve contributed to the BBC, Ethical Corporation, Forum for the Future, the Guardian and the United Nations Environment Programme. I’ve also written and edited for EMAP, Haymarket, The Prince’s Charities and many smaller publishing houses, journals and websites.
