I'm author of three books, ghostwriter of two books and a non-fiction writing coach. I was a freelance journalist and producer for 20 years, writing for all the nationals and magazines as well as running my own PR agency for five years.
Although I still occasionally write for the media, my journalism is now mostly research for non-fiction books, in the field of alternative health, wellness and sports science.
My books include This Girl Ran: Tales of a Party Girl Turned Triathlete, a memoir about discovering endurance sport and reframing what we can achieve. It was longlisted for the William Hill Sports Book of the year in 2018.
My other books are Sugar Daddy Diaries, which became a WHSmith bestseller in 2011; Screw the Fairytale, a polemic questioning whether marriage and commitment are still viable in modern society; and Forbidden Love, a ghostwritten memoir about an adoptee's search for her birth parents (published in early 2026).
I am currently researching a book on deliberate hot and cold exposure and I'm interested in hearing from any scientists or wellness experts with knowledge on human temperature control or adventurous individuals who have endured extreme temperatures.
