I have been a freelance B2B journalist and copywriter since 2009, following 10 years working on trade titles including The Grocer.
I contribute to titles including The Caterer, Fine Food Digest, Food Manufacture, Retail Newsagent, British Baker, Private Label International and Quick Bite as well as various online publications.
I manage the newsletter and website www.CakeWire.co.uk, aimed at semi-professional cake bakers.
Before becoming freelance I spent four years working on The Grocer's newsdesk as news reporter and senior news reporter and edited the monthly title Bake&Take between 2006 and 2008.
I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers.
