I write about food and eco travel mostly, and teach non fiction at University of Brighton to broadcast media and broadcast journalism students. I host writers' retreats and literary dinner parties at The Sussex House Party (http://sussexhouseparty.ning.com) and teach creative writers and business people to 'dreamwrite' using a technique I developed myself. I also guest fairly regularly on BBC Sussex.
