My name is Claire Power I'm a Mum to a 1 year old, Aria and two preemie twins born at 27 weeks, Ashton and Aubrey. I'm a mummy and lifestyle blogger who writes about all things parenting, mum life, still being glam and also about my bowel disease Ulcerative colitis ( IBD) which I'm passionate about raising awareness for and making people understand the silent disease that can't be seen from the outside.
