I now mainly write about travel, tourism, food&drink (especially gin, cider and liqueurs), destinations, heritage, wellness, horticulture/gardens, hotel/catering/hospitality. I have expertise and knowledge of other sectors including retail, transport, personnel, training, pubs, education gathered over the years. I write for a wide range of magazines and websites, creating features, web copy, reports and ghostwriting blogs as well as undertaking research. I also undertake research & writing projects for organisations and businesses.
