I'm an experienced multimedia journalist, feature writer, social media expert and content creator with more than 20 years working within the media for WalesOnline, MirrorOnline, and any others.
During that time I've written thousands of stories from inspirational real-life tales to food and drink, I've shared the ups and downs of parenting in a regular column and I've interviewed hundreds of celebrities - and Gary Barlow is still my favourite!
I'm a wordsmith and I can create relevant, engaging copy for websites, press releases, brochures, blogs or newsletters.
I can do case study writing, finding real-life stories that will people will want to read and I'm adept at writing short, snappy social media posts.
I can also proof read and edit articles to make them more appealing to a targeted audience.
If I'm not writing, you'll find me trying to play tennis, ferrying my kids around or walking my beautiful dog Bertie.
